Fahmoon (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the online store at fahmoon.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and specific, because a privacy policy you cannot understand protects nobody.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to deliver it and to contact you about it:
- Name — so the courier knows who to hand the parcel to.
- Phone number — our courier and our team call before delivery. This is required.
- Delivery address (district, thana, street address) — required for delivery.
- Email address — optional. If you give it, we use it to send your order confirmation and delivery updates.
- Order details — the products, quantities and amount of each order.
We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or mobile-wallet PINs. Our current payment method is cash on delivery, so payment happens between you and the delivery agent at your door.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: keeping items in your shopping cart, measuring how the site is used, and measuring the performance of our advertising. The third-party services that may set cookies on our site are Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart will stop working if you block all of them.
How we use your information
- To process, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about that order — confirming it, arranging delivery, or resolving a problem.
- To handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To improve our products, our website and our service.
- To send you offers and product news — only if you have asked us to. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, clicking unsubscribe, or messaging us.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, only with parties who need it to do their job:
- Delivery partners — your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your parcel.
- Service providers — our hosting provider, and analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) in the form of aggregated or hashed data.
- Authorities — if we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never will.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and dispute purposes — normally five years. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not legally required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Write to info@fahmoon.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within seven working days.
Children
Our store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on our homepage.
