Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout to see where your parcel is. Your order number is in the confirmation message we sent you — it looks like #1234.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Prefer to just ask?

Message us on WhatsApp with the phone number you ordered with and we will check it for you straight away. That is usually the fastest route.

How long should it take?

Inside Dhaka, 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka, 2–4 working days. If it has been longer than that, message us — we will chase the courier ourselves.
