These terms govern your use of fahmoon.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. They are written to be readable — if anything is unclear, message us before you order.
1. Who we are
Fahmoon is a retail business based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, selling consumer electronics and home products online and delivering nationwide. Contact: info@fahmoon.com, 01728510359.
2. Orders
Placing an order on our website or through WhatsApp is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our courier network, if the pricing was clearly wrong, or if we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Our current payment method is cash on delivery — you pay the delivery agent when the parcel arrives.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through third-party courier partners. Typical times are 1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days outside Dhaka. These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, strikes and public holidays can delay a courier and that is outside our control.
Please give a phone number that is switched on. If the courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled.
5. Checking your parcel
You have the right to open and inspect the product in front of the delivery agent before paying. We encourage it. If the product is wrong or damaged, refuse the parcel and tell us the same day.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days to return, we pay return shipping on faults, you pay it on change of mind.
7. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Packaging and accessories occasionally change without notice from the manufacturer. If a product you receive differs materially from what was described, it is covered by our return policy.
8. Warranty
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, it is stated on that product’s page. Warranty claims are handled through us — contact us first with your order number rather than approaching a service centre directly.
9. Your account
You can order as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use our site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy our content and photography, to introduce malware, or to interfere with the site’s operation. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
11. Intellectual property
The Fahmoon name, logo, site design, product photography and written descriptions belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
12. Liability
Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the product you bought. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka. We would much rather settle a problem by talking to you first.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
